The New Site is Launched
Obviously the Alternative HD website has undergone some pretty drastic changes. If you are an existing member you will find some new things after you login. If you are a new member you’ll find things are coming along nicely. Either way we hope you like the new look and new features. More features are coming. We are just getting started. The best station deserves the best website community and we are going to try to do just that!
In order to pursue the growing Shout! Radio Services that provide automation for internet radio stations it was decided that Alternative HD would be passed on to a new owner.
You should not notice any changes in the genres or the music that is played. There may be some slight changes on the website for now.
The new owner is a veteran station manager and intends to continue with the high quality programming that has been the core of Alternative HD. If you are a regular listener you will likely not even notice a change.

Tomorrow (Thursday the 5th) is the “New Music Show”. From 11am-2pm PDT/2pm-5pm EDT I’ll be playing some awesome new music that was just released, or is coming out next week.

We have set up a new server for the sole purpose of offering a buffer-free 160k stream of Alternative HD.
